Vice President, Philanthropy and Impact: The Vice President of Philanthropy and Impact (VPPI) is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support the Idaho Community Foundation’s (ICF) goals to Grow Assets, Increase Impact and Raise Visibility. This position will work with the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to design strategies for starting new funds, stewarding existing fundholders, maximizing grantmaking impact and telling ICF’s story. This position works directly with the Board of Directors (BOD) and Regional Councils (RC) and supervises the Philanthropy Team (PT).

This position links ICF’s Strategic Goals to Connect Donors and Communities by weaving together a comprehensive plan to integrate development initiatives, donor services, grantmaking, communications and marketing.

This position will be based in the Boise office where a work anywhere model is in place. Individuals will be provided equipment and support allowing them to maintain a remote workplace and generally work from the Boise office at least one day a week or more as preferred and needed for the position responsibilities. Additional flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and to travel throughout the state is required.
